Day 22 – Sweet or savoury? Our Connect Voices members share their favourite festive recipes

We’ve challenged members of the network to share their favourite festive dishes

By cooking and baking their favourite festive food, they show how multi-sensory food can be for everyone, including people with sight loss.

With the help of mum, Chapman Shum has made this amazing Roasted Christmas chicken: “It is moist, tender, juicy on the inside, tasty and packed full of flavours. It’s perfectly roasted until the skin is golden. The house is fill with gorgeous smell of roasted chicken. Plus, the little Christmas decoration given by the Santa and his RNIB elf, it’s such a treat. Enjoying his first Christmas in the UK, thanks RNIB.”

And, ensuring we have a balanced diet, we feature Aneeba’s “chocolate cake with flowers”.

Thanks to everyone who sent us their pictures!
